Function & Event Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation
    All function/event dates must be booked in advance. The date and venue will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.
  2. Payment
    Full payment for the venue is required to book the venue.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the function/event.
    • Refunds will incur a 30% administration fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance are not eligible for a full refund.
  4. Weather-Related Changes
    • In extreme cases of bad weather (e.g., severe rain), the function/event may be rescheduled.
    • Equipment and staff hired will remain at the client’s expense.
    • If rescheduling is not possible, a 70% venue refund will be issued, subject to a 30% admin fee.
    • No refunds will be given for late cancellation notices due to weather.
  5. Outside Food
    There is no outside food and beverage to be brought in to the premises with exception to birthday cakes, sweets, and chips for party options when hiring a venue.
  6. Venue Safety & Restrictions
    • Food and beverages are served at the venue in the form of takeaway packaging.
    •  For safety reasons, no glass or crockery is permitted in the park or play areas (except in the restaurant).
  7. Catering Orders
    All food and beverage orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance for all functions/events.
  8. Beverage Policy
    • No bottles, cooler bags/boxes, flasks, or urns are allowed.
    • All beverages must be ordered from the restaurant.
  9. Decorations
    • Hosts may bring balloons, tablecloths, paper plates, serviettes, etc.
    • Decorations that pose a danger or inconvenience will be removed.
    • No nails, thumb tacks, sticky tape, Prestik, Sellotape, or duct tape may be used on furniture or fittings.
  10. Additional Furniture
    Additional seating, gazebos, umbrellas, or furniture are not permitted without prior approval from the Park Manager.
  11. Additional equipment
    Additional equipment such as cotton cany machines, slush machines and popcorn machines must be discussed with the park manager prior to the event.
  12. Public Access
    Please note that the park remains open to the public, and we cannot guarantee exclusive use of facilities and activities.

Sugar Rush Park Boardroom Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Duration & Overtime

    • Bookings are strictly limited to the time slots reserved.
    • Early arrivals or extended bookings may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
    • Should your meeting run over the booked time, an additional full hour will be charged.
    • Overtime is only permitted if there are no subsequent bookings.
  2. Food & Beverage

    • All food and beverage bills must be settled before departure.
    • Platters or catered meals must be pre-ordered in advance.
  3. Damages & Breakages

    • Any damage or breakage to property or equipment must be reported immediately.
    • Guests will be held responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damages incurred during their booking.
  4. Booking Confirmation & Changes

    • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be refunded.
    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking will incur a 30% administration fee.
