Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my own food if I require strict halaal or vegetarian meals?
No. Outside food is not permitted. We work with our own halaal caterer who is able to accommodate halaal and vegetarian requirements.
I am happy to order from the restaurant, but I have two guests who require halaal food. Can I order a platter for them or bring one in?
We have a halaal caterer and a halaal food truck on site that can cater for halaal guests. Outside food is not permitted.
Can I bring my own desserts?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own desserts, as the restaurant and our halaal caterer do not offer a wide range of dessert options.
I would like a jumping castle but do not want to hire a venue, can I still hire one?
Unfortunately, jumping castles are only permitted when a party venue has been hired.
If I hire a venue, do I get access to all activities for free?
No. All activities are operated by privately owned businesses and each activity is individually priced.
I do not want to hire a venue. Can I bring a cake and book space at the restaurant?
The restaurant operates on a first come, first served basis and cannot be booked in advance. If a cake is brought into the park and used in the Sugar Rush common areas, a fee will be charged. If the restaurant is not busy, you may bring a cake into the restaurant at their discretion.
Do I have to use your preferred suppliers, or can I use my own décor company or décor?
You are not required to use our preferred suppliers. You are welcome to bring in your own décor company or décor.
What happens if I have booked a no shelter venue and the weather is bad?
We monitor the weather closely and will keep you informed. The decision to cancel, postpone, or upgrade to a covered venue will be up to you.
What is included when hiring a venue?
Venue hire includes the venue only. All food, décor, tables, and chairs are charged separately.
Do you provide and set up the décor?
No. We do not provide décor. However, we can recommend preferred décor suppliers, or you are welcome to use your own.
