See Course page for more details. \nWhat does it cost to join in?\nNothing – it’s free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it\, you won’t get a time. \nHow fast do I have to be?\nWe all take part for our own enjoyment. DESCRIPTION:This December\, we’re rallying behind the incredible team at Ndlondlo Reptile Park\, a small but mighty conservation and rehabilitation facility doing vital work for our local wildlife. As snake activity increases with the warmer months\, so do the unpaid call-outs to rural areas — rescuing and safely relocating snakes\, often at great cost to the team. These rescues lead to rising vet bills\, longer rehabilitation periods\, and the urgent need to build more enclosures to house recovering reptiles.\n\nThe team also dreams of upgrading the park’s facilities\, adding greenery and planter boxes to create a more welcoming\, educational space for visitors — one that reflects the heart and passion behind their work.\n\n You can help! Join us for a special Sip & Paint Tote Bag Fundraiser in collaboration with Madame Butterfly:\n Friday\, 6 December | 4pm\n Sugar Rush Park\n R500 per person – includes all supplies\, a welcome drink\, and snacks.\n\nAfter covering costs\, the profit from every ticket sold goes directly towards supporting rehabilitation\, rescue efforts\, and upgrades that will make a lasting difference.\n\nCome paint for a purpose and support the incredible humans who dedicate their lives to protecting and caring for these misunderstood creatures.\n\nBookings: 073 063 9385
